"Every person deserves to be understood, valued, and supported in becoming their best self."

My Story

I've always believed that healing is possible for everyone — regardless of age, background, or the weight of what they carry. That belief led me to pursue clinical psychology, and it's what continues to guide my work every single day.

Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families — in schools and in private practice. I've seen how the right support, offered with warmth and consistency, can gently shift a person's relationship with themselves and the world around them.

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Intervention, Art Intervention, Solution Focused Therapy, Behavioural Intervention, and a Psychodynamic framework alongside Client Centred Therapy — always adapting to what each person truly needs.

Aarambh means beginning. I named my practice this because I believe every person has the capacity to begin again, to grow, and to flourish — at any stage of life.
